DELETE - Delete load case xxx? (Warning: automatically created load combinations will be deleted)

Cause

A load case is deleted

Procedure

  • “OK“ deletes the selected load case
    • “Cancel” cancels the operation

Information for the user
WARNING - Sum of active seismic equivalence coefficients in X direction is n%<90%

Cause

The modal mass ratio is not sufficient according to code provisions

Procedure

  • Note to ensure a seismic analysis in compliance to the code
  • Seismic analysis can be done all the same

WARNING - Model must be saved before seismic analysis

Cause

Opening the definition dialogue for seismic loads. After saving the model, “Undo” is not possible anymore

Procedure

  • Save model

Define seismic load parameters

WARNING - You can define a seismic loadcase only if you have vibration results

Definition of seismic loads without previous vibration analysis

Cause

  • Run vibration analysis
  • Define seismic loads

ERROR - Area polygon cannot be self-intersecting

Cause
A load area was defined as a self-intersecting polygon

Procedure

  • Check the area definition
  • Define a valid load area
