Problem description #
AxisVM crashes with key (hardware dongle) access error, ErrorCode -115.
Reason #
ErrorCode -115 means that AxisVM can’t reach the dongle
Troubleshooting guide #
- Make sure the dongle is not removed during the usage of AxisVM
- Error can also be caused by port issue. Check the port:
- Plug the dongle into another USB port. In case of a USB Hub, try to connect the dongle directly to the computer
- Try the dongle in another computer
If none of the above help, the dongle needs to be replaced. Get in contact with your AxisVM distributor!
